mushrooms

basil
1/4 teaspoon
crushed garlic
Peel the
potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Slice the carrots, mushrooms and
celery stalks. Dice the onion, green pepper, and tomato. Cook the vegetables and
spices with 4 1/2 cups of water on medium high heat until the potatoes are
softened.
