Chock Full O' Goodies
 

INGREDIENTS

 
1/2 head of romaine lettuce
2 apples, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup carrot shavings
1 tomato, diced
1 avacado, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
 

DIRECTIONS

 
Cut or tear the lettuce into bite sized pieces. Cut the grapes in half. Toss all of the ingredients until the mayo is evenly distributed. Serves 4 to 6. The festive taste of this salad makes it perfect for holidays and special occasions!
