On January 5, 2005 I heard a cat meowing outside my door. I opened the door and saw this poor kitty standing in the freezing rain with an infected eye. I let him in and gave him something to eat (he wasn't finicky then, but he sure is now). After he ate I took him to the vet. He had me at meow and I decided to adopt him.
I had been wanting a pet for quite some time. He appeared not long after Christmas, making him my present from God. So I named him Angel. The pics below were taken February 26, 2005.
