Taste Of The Far East
 

INGREDIENTS

 
8 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup of water chestnuts, sliced
2 cups bean sprouts
1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
2 teaspoons teriyaki sauce
 

DIRECTIONS

Toast the bread. Mix the teriyaki and the mayo together and spread it over one side of each slice of bread. For each sandwich, add 1/4 cup of the water chestnuts, 1/4 cup of the mushrooms, and 1/2 cup of bean sprouts. Serves 4. Goes great with the Oriental Greens Salad.
