Sandwich
8 slices of rye
bread
16 pickle slices
4 onion slices
4 tomato slices
4 lettuce leaves
4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
16 ounces of your favorite vegan cold
cuts
Toast the bread and put 1/2 tablespoon of the mayo on
one side of each slice. For each sandwich, add 4 onces of the cold cuts,
one slice of tomato, one slice of onion, 4 pickle slices, and one lettuce leaf.
Serves 4. Goes great with Dream of Mushroom soup!
